Love this printer, it has the feeder. Easy set up.

This printer does a great job with printing and scanning. It was a replacement for an HP which died after about 6 years. I like the instant ink subscription which I easily transferred to the new one, and I never run out of ink. The printer’s wireless capabilities is a plus, as well.

Love the printer, but it took over 18 hrs to install. After giving up it took HP help desk 2 hrs to get it installed. We have geek squad coverage, we should have used it. Printers used to be plug and go, not so much now.

Installation was made 06/06, and the printer is working beautifully, as I expect of the products I buy from Best Buy usually do. This is because of the expertise I lack that you provide through the Geek Squad service!

I decided to ask friends and my boss to help me with connecting the printer foe me. They did not help, so i decided to try for the very first time on my own. I did it perfectly.

I had to replace it once because after I cleared a paper jam it would neither print nor shut off. Second time I had to call Geek Squad because would not print web pages. Scanner difficult to figure out.

Nice portable small printer for second home. Downside is you need to download HP Care.

Overall good but top feeder for two-sided copies is a little temperamental. Jams when not handled carefully, including too much paper at any inputs. Produces good clean printouts, copies [if you can avoid jams on 2-sided with top feeder], and scans. I don't need quick and this isn't, especially. Setup and getting online with the wifi capacity was smooth.

I recommend the instant ink series to people who print many items per week as it is very cost effective!

It’s a great little printer but runs out of ink to fast.

It fails to print a lot. I have to use HP Print Scan Doctor at least once or twice a month. It is getting worse. When it prints it is excellent.

Needed a wireless printer for second home office. So far it works very well. On a few occasions it has fed out a few blank pages prior to printing, might be user error? (Reason for 4 star review) Set up is done mostly via apps that must be downloaded to phone. Mostly used for labels and Word documents, we've only used the black ink so far. Nice and clean.

A life saver. Easy to get going. I have continued the Instant Ink service and am quite happy. I have adjusted the printing package as needed and appreciate the flexibility.

Love this printer. Was very easy to hook up and I can print from anywhere to this printer. Small enough design to fit in my office space in a tiny house.
