This printer is a little slower than I have experienced with other Hp printers! Other than that it works great!

I liked the price point with the available features like the Auto Document Feeder and all for just $149 after my discount. If you get this one make sure to sign up for the INK program by mail. For $2.99/month they will send you INK every month. Overall great product for the money.

This is easy to use and understand. Great quality printing. Sign up for the ink plan and the printer tells them when to send ink. Never run out of ink again. Plus you get 2 months free. Plans start at $2.99.

Good print quality and fast enough for personal use. Did not realize it when I ordered it that there is no fax functionality. HP is offering web base for sending for the short term, but that will be going away. No landline connection for incoming fax.

Biggest challenge was getting it set up with very few instructions or info included in the box. Had to read pages and pages of answered questions on Best Buy website to get the thing set up. Once done, prints and copy's well. Wish the drawer held more paper at a time. Needed a printer to work from home and for the price this was a good option.

So far, 2-3 weeks, very pleased with this printer. However, I thought I'd be able to print from afar using my iPhone, but apparently that isn't the case...unless I haven't read something to help this situation.

Easy to set up, prints pretty quickly. Does not come with hdmi cable but you don’t need it for setting up with your phone or laptop, just use the HP app and Bluetooth.

I’m not wild about this printer. My previous Office Jet HP printer was much more user friendly. Many times when we air print it says no printer found. Very frustrating!

It’s a great product. The only inefficiency I see with the printer is the scanning process. It makes sense with the price point of the printer. Great customer service.

Love the printer. It work so well. the only trouble I had was when I had to reconnect the Wi-Fi. That was a little tricky but other than that, this is worth the money.

The instructions are vague. The buttons on the printer is not self explained....scan, print, copy...etc. Bluetooth seems like a good idea, but it makes projects take really long to complete.

This is a great printer! Setup was relatively easy, although I don’t have Wi-Fi and therefore couldn’t set it up wirelessly. Had to use the “old-fashioned” USB cable! No problem!

We learned the hard way that this will not work for wireless printing on a University wifi system. However, HP tech service quickly helped us identify the issue and told us which cable we needed for hardwire. As promised, it worked immediately upon plug in with no software download.

I was very pleased with the service. The employees were very nice and helpful and cheerful actually.
