This is a great printer! Setup was relatively easy, although I don’t have Wi-Fi and therefore couldn’t set it up wirelessly. Had to use the “old-fashioned” USB cable! No problem!

does print well. do not like the "buttons - or not a button" on the front control panel. I'm old I like to see on / off / print... also, would prefer to see the button to turn off the printer is hiding in back, I believe in convenience add it to the front

It’s a great product. The only inefficiency I see with the printer is the scanning process. It makes sense with the price point of the printer. Great customer service.

I’m not wild about this printer. My previous Office Jet HP printer was much more user friendly. Many times when we air print it says no printer found. Very frustrating!

Love the printer. It work so well. the only trouble I had was when I had to reconnect the Wi-Fi. That was a little tricky but other than that, this is worth the money.

I Love this printer. The Printer was easy to set and is easy to use. In additional the printer is very affordable. I like that you can print from any device, i.e. your phone, lap top.

I hadn’t own a printer for a long time, but my wife's job required we get one so after some research I decided to go for this one. I was a bit hesitant due to some negative reviews, but so far I haven’t experienced any of them. In fact, I really love this printer (again, perhaps due to the fact that I was used to the old wired technology). Setup was super easy, and using it even more so. The ink lasts longer than expected. And I really like the fact that I can print from anywhere in the world. The printing quality is really good too.

Very good, fast and quiet printer. The only con I have with it is the lack of proper instructions to get it set up. They could have still keep them short but they needed to cover the main points on how to set it up. I never found anywhere where it tells you where to put the ink packs, or how to open up the printer to put them in.

This print works well as long as no ordinary issues (like out of paper) happens or there is an interruption in the network. Errors are all codes colors and blinks of lights. Nothing is labled. No idea how to resolve issues without going to the online manual for interpretations. Very frustrating!

The instructions are vague. The buttons on the printer is not self explained....scan, print, copy...etc. Bluetooth seems like a good idea, but it makes projects take really long to complete.

Need a new printer and Best Buy had exactly what we needed an HP printer. So far its been working ok.

I had trouble with the installation and I'm not crazy about the edge lights but this little printer is mighty! HP customer service was tremendous helping with the install too. The printer can do it all except receive faxes but I'm told nobody faxes anymore so I will get over that.

Bought a great HP wireless printer, works excellent and great quality prints. Easy connections and free HP ink. Fast and quiet. Scan works great. Highly recommended this printer!

I couldn’t believe this printer almost set itself up and the quality of the print is fantastic. Trying out their Instant Ink service so will follow up with that later but so far I love this printer!

I know I’m very late of my review. I really love this printer it’s much needed when you’re taking care of business.

I was very pleased with the service. The employees were very nice and helpful and cheerful actually.

We took it home and set it up. It jammed. Instructions were poor, so downloaded the manual and unjammed it. Printed the “test” sheet fine. Tried to print something else. It jammed. Tried to get help from HP, both through the app I had to buy for $65 and on their website. No response from either! I returned it.

Excellent printer, easy to use, not noisy, love the color, like the fact that if it runs out of color ink, the printer is capable of keeping working just with a black ink cartridge
