I haven’t had the pleasure of using the fax feature though everything else is working great. Very easy to set up with the app. Ink is cheaper than most. Again, awesome for at home office.

The HP 6455e printer works great for me. It is wired to my computer so doesn't need Wi-Fi. It prints on both sides, which is a wonderful help! And it comes with 6 months of ink!

I was actually looking for a cheaper printer. This printer was easy to set up, takes up a bit more space than I appreciate. It prints on both sides, saving lots of paper. The only downside is that it guzzles ink. InstaInk makes is a convenient problem. For the quality I can look past the ink issue.

Print quality is fine. A little on the slow side printing . The three stars is because there’s no auto shut off or standby mode. It’s either on or off. A little inconvenient when your printer is not in the same floor as most of your devices.

Prints ok, but the scanner feature is horrible!!! Does not come with any directions on how to do anything. Had to download app to learn. Followed directions and still can not scan to email. Just does not show up. Even my old printer you just set paper on glass and hit scan . This one has no buttons except to print color or black/white. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!

This printer is excellent for home use. The price was very competitive … but ours was on sale!!

It works great but when I purchased it it says 3 months free ink and I'm getting charged for it

I read the review of this printer in CNN. So far, it has met all of my expectations. It is replacing an older laser printer I have. It is quiet, and does the job well.

easy to set up. Does double-sided printing without having to reinsert paper - document feeder or multi-page copies and scans, etc. Good print quality. Can print from my phone, etc.

I bought this printer to replace an HPEnvy 4500 that had worked beautifully for years but had come to the end of its life. I expected the same reliability from this model. I don't need a high end printer so this model fits my needs. Set up was easy but initially it off and on give an error message that it couldn't fine the wi-fi. Somehow I was able to overcome that issue; however, now it will work fine and then when trying to print it will state the printer is not available or not connected. The "fix" from HP is to use the power button to turn off then turn on. But 90% of the time the power button does nothing and I end up unplugging the power cord. Upon inserting the power cord the printer will work just fine for perhaps several days, then out of the blue it will malfunction. I bought the insurance package but just haven't used it as yet.

Totally satisfied. The printer has great functionality.

This is now working well due to Geek Squad downloading updated drivers that were not on the printer when I received it. Had I not had Geek Squad, I would have had to pay Best Buy to install the printer at an additional cost. UGH!
