Instructions were poor, so downloaded the manual and unjammed it. Printed the “test” sheet fine. Tried to print something else. It jammed. Tried to get help from HP, both through the app I had to buy for $65 and on their website. No response from either! I returned it.

The issue is that if the printer is on it makes a strange whistling noise. Turning the printer off stops the noise. Unfortunately Best Buy wouldn't take it back since it had been two weeks since I purchased so I have a printer that I can't fully use the features on because I can't leave it on in my office or it drives me nuts.

I use it on a desktop so I can download the "app" for scanning and computer maintenance. I have to go to a website and complete options from there...that's annoying.

First time wireless printer, last time purchase

So far we have had to hard reset the printer twice, updated the firmware, had to download the HP printer "Doctor" to only have the printer start a light show when I pressed the cancel button. This printer has already given me a headache and I haven't even had it unpacked for more than an hour. Not having an actual screen makes this printer extremely hard to operate as the touch buttons are slow or do not work when touched and there is a very long delay between button presses and they only light up when pressed so you cannot see what you are pressing until you actually press it.
