    I had a wonderful sales lady who answered all my questions, doubts, and Phan. The only thing I don’t like about the envy is I wanna turn it off and if I do, I have to boot up again and enter passwords.

    When it prints it does a great job …. But having to change print jobs to PDF in order to print is a bit crazy and time-consuming. Came close to purchasing another brand but stayed with HP for past experiences with the equipment.

    This is the most unreliable printer I have ever owned. #!. It will not remain wirelessly connected. Resto ring an internet connection is almost a weekly affair. #2. Using HP Smart is an unreliable method to reconnect. The app shows the printer connected, but the printer is is not recognized by the laptop. #3. When attempting to complete wi-fi setup the computer does not recognize the password. How does it know what the password is? I have been pleased with all HP printers I have previously used. This one is in my opinion TRASH.
