    Does a nice job printing and scanning, has all the features i need. The subscription ink service, well i'll have to see if that works for me... i dont print much. Without the subscription the ink is as expensive as the printer, so thays a bummer.

    Great printer for everything except scanning with Windows 11. Apparently a fix is on the way. Not happy that we were not warned when we purchased it.

    When it prints it does a great job …. But having to change print jobs to PDF in order to print is a bit crazy and time-consuming. Came close to purchasing another brand but stayed with HP for past experiences with the equipment.

    I had some difficulty setting up this printer and getting it to work with my laptop, but with help from Best Buy's Geek squad was able to get it running. Very good to this point in time. Very good low price printer.

    I am not happy with this printer. Never had issues with my last one but they don't make that one anymore. The new one wa great for about one month, then we got a quick power surge & it wouldn't load up. Said was not connetted to WiFi. But it was. Got it fixed but happen again & now even though HP help squad tried, couldn't get it to connect to Wifi. Lemon law now & get it replaced. :(
