I had to return this printer. The screen is tiny, graphics on it are impossible to see, could not enter network information on the little bitty keyboard. It's a shame, as I loved the looks of the printer. Now have another brand with a normal size screen.

This is an awful product. It jumps offline sporadically and won't print. Scanning doesn't function. Worst of all, HP online support is useless. All they can off is to cycle the printer and my wi-fi modem on and off.

ink ran out the first day of use. Buy backups if you plan to use it more than one day. Replacements cost almost as much as the printer. Buyer beware.

Printing from iPhone with IOS 18 not working

Does not support printing from iPhone. HP customer service confirmed there is a compatibility issue with all HP printers and iPhone IOS 18 updates. No ETA on resolution to date. This is not an issue with printing from a Mac computer. Only iPhone.

Very difficult to set up for Wi-Fi. Previous HP printers were very easy to install and use. Customer support was co fusing as well. Spoke with 3 different support people and each one told me to do something different. The touch menu pad is small. This is my last HP.

Good printer when it’s connected to Wi Fi. Problem is it won’t stay connected. I tried everything HP support suggested but still wouldn’t stay connected! Retuned printer. Would NOT recommend!

Lack of options, like custom resizing , I can’t choose the size I want my image to be, that is a huge option all my other hp printers have had

The touch display is too small for my fingers so it’s frustrating to use. The display lights stay on at all times which is annoying to say the least. The Ink program is a joke requiring you to sign up or you can’t use the printer. The ink for these machines is almost always a rip off. I only print 5-10 pages a month if that.

If I could give a ZERO, I would. HP Envy 6555e printer bought to replace HP 6830. New printer has tiny cartridges that quickly run out of ink. SLOW. Buy a bigger printer or print at your local library. TOTAL WASTE of MONEY.

I have been buying hp products for years. The quality has been getting very bad, over the last few years. This last purchase has ended my buying hp. Bought in April 2025 this printer sounds like it is grinding to death. This is just nuts having to replace several times a year. I'm done. Moving on to Brother . The reports on Brother regular cartridge printer have been very good.

When my HP printer quit printing color I bought a 6500. After about 4 months it quit printing "cartridge failure." After changing cartridges and other tests I spent time chatting with an HP tech. When we could not resolve the problem he gave me a link to an HP service center 1100 miles away and terminated the chat. I cannot recommend this printer or HP service. Canon here I come!
