    I was unable to plug the cord into the back of the printer. It was not secure and it kept falling out. This was very frustrating. So I took it to Geek Squad and was informed that this is how HP printers can come in to them. He offered an exchange if he couldn't get it in either. He struggled with it but eventually got it to stay in. He had me try it. However Im not strong enough so all it did was hurt my hand and leave indents on my thumb. He put it in again and I will never take it out! Best Buy was exceptional with assisting me. It's HP that was the issue. They should do a better job with their production!

    The printer works fine but have not been able to get the print from anywhere feature to work. I do not need it so it is not a big deal to me. Scanning and copying works well too.

    Love my new printer!! It does a great job!! Appreciate the free ink cartridges for awhile and they send them only when needed!! The associate at Best Buy was very helpful and knowledgeable. Wasn’t pushy.

    To make copy it is great. Still having trouble hooking up to computer. The ink they provide is small and doesn’t last long so just buy backups when you purchase. For the money no a bad deal.

    This was a replacement for a previous printer that was not functioning properly. It's the same model, which I have been very happy with; however, we did have problems with it alternately printing fine, and then not - with a message that read "scanning" when we were not scanning. The message would not end, so the printer was exchanged. So far, it seems to be working fine.
