I'm a little worried about the survivability of the paper tray mechanism but we shall see. No problems so far....

Make Sure to Get Instant Ink

If you don't need fax capabilities check out the 5740 or the others available. HP printers with instant ink will say you more in the long run than even epson eco tanks.

easy install and good quality print
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The hp envoy 7640 was easy to set up and gives a good quality print. I do not use the fax option, but print, copy and scan is easy to do on the computer and printer screen. Color quality is very good.

HP Envy printer

I have used it to copy, print and scan. One issue is when to goes into standby mode after a long period of not being used, it sometimes won't "wake up " and I have to turn it off and then on.

Compact design performs as expected

This one does the job, but I'm not entirely happy with the paper compartment which seems to be smaller. The top paper feed is also finicky; make sure you push the pages firmly into the feeder. Also, there is no tray to catch the outputted pages. Overall, I am satisfied with this item.
