I went into Best Buy to buy a speaker I could use for my I-pod while I travel. I had not known that Bose had an affordable, tough little speaker until it was demonstrated to me by a salesman. The speaker works great and travels excellently. I may be buying one for my daughter.

Bought this printer because wanted to upgrade to something that has air print. It was easy to set up, prints and scans nicely. Have had no issues with it so far.

Bought this for a Christmas gift for my aunt and she really likes it. It was easy to setup. I just wished it did a little more. This one is a little difference in size than her ilder model but we just made space for it.

I have always purchased HP printers, but made the mistake of buying a Brother printer in my last purchase. It never worked properly, so I had to throw it out and come back to HP. lesson learned. I will never buy any other brand of printer than HP!

A great little all round printer. It faxes great, easy to load paper and easy change ink cartridge. Copies are clear and lovely what more could you ask for?

I had an HP laser printer that was gong to cost over $200 to fill it with toner, so I started shopping for printers. At less than $100 this printer does a pretty good job. It has wireless built-in so I can put it anywhere in the house and it delivers a pretty decent picture. The print resolution is nowhere near the quality or speed of my old laser printer, but it does a good job for the money.

print/fax/copy/scan + web printing and photo printing has a clean look and good user interface, and is relatively quiet

The entire family uses this printer to print from our smart phones, laptops & Kindle Fire. It also produces good quality copies, as well as photos

The setup was easy. It prints clearly and quickly enough. So far the wifi connection is stable unlike my previous Epson printer. The ink program is nice.

Good product. No problem with the printer. Easy to use. However the scanner took a little more time to understand the instructions.

I've liked this HP Envy all-in-one printer, since day one of getting it. I bought it in October 2016 and set it up right away. My old HP printer finally fizzled out, after about 6 years. This HP Envy was easy to set-up. Since set-up, I've had no qualms with printing, scanning, and copying. However, there is always a 'however'.....this past Sunday on 12/18/16, I went to change out the black HP ink cartridge, since it was empty. The color HP ink cartridge was still full, so that cartridge was left alone. After doing a simple task of changing the black ink cartridge, the printer would not realign the new HP cartridge. I kept getting poor diagnostic reports with the black ink. The color ink was still reading fine. The new black ink would print, but there were missing lines and ink smears. Maybe a defective cartridge? I did not have another brand new HP black ink cartridge to trial. Hmmm....I was not expecting this occurrence after just setting up the printer in October. After lots of unsuccessful troubleshooting on my own, I finally did an online chat with HP, which led to starting up the printer back to factory settings. There were multiple steps to go through, and I was involved with yet another unexpected technology fix eating up my Sunday morning. The reboot to factory settings was successful with getting the ink cartridge to work properly. The HP rep was very helpful, however, I don't feel like a brand new printer should have been having that sort of problem. I'll see what happens when it's time to change out the HP color ink! I better have some free time waiting around for that task. HP may be hearing from me again. Also, looking into the warranty. Other than the ink cartridge problem that I have experienced, it's been a good printer so far. With the question of 'recommending to a friend', I have to say 'no' right now. If I didn't have the cartridge problem the other day, I would have said 'yes.'

I like the affordability and the wireless feature. The Printer was easy to install with the tutorials. We had a little trouble with setting up the fax feature with the shared number of our land line and need to be home to accept the fax. Overall appears to be a very good printer.

This is the best printer I have ever owned. Ease of use, versital and well made. It has every feature you could ask for. Makes great copies and photos.

I have very small usage but I need all the functions. Love being able to print from my couch, scan documents, make copies at times and best of all print from my phone

Very easy to setup. I was printing from my computer and my iPhone in very little effort. It is a wireless printer and everyone in the family can use it easily.

This is my first printer I've ever owned and I absolutely love it! You can print, scan, fax, and email anything you wish! My favorite thing about this printer is the picture quality! I'll never have to go to the store again to print my photos off my phone,iPad, or camera!

Just installed unit 24 hrs. ago. And, so far, so good. However, I do wish better use instructions were included with the printer; it is unclear how to install and use photo paper. This will necessitate a trip back to store to see if some one at Best Buy can explain how.
