We hooked up the printer to our desk top and it installed itself, very simple. It is fairl quite and the ink cartridges seem a look life.

Very happy with this printer, it was easy to set up, and the pictures I've printed have turned out great.

This is the second exact printer that I own now. Wifi hook up works great. You can print from you phone or pad very easily. Fax and copy too.

A leading consumer magazine steered me to this printer. It does it all: prints, copies, scans and faxes, and does them very well. I usually print from my desktop, but am delighted that it prints from my iGadgets as well. The onscreen instructions are simple and logical. I haven't tried printing photos, but I expect it would handle that well also. The magazine pointed out that In addition to its general excellence, it is very thrifty with its ink.

Finding great things to do with this and discovering all it can do - has been a lot of fun - prints pictures on picture paper - great way to make cards and gifts

This WIFI printer works great. I needed to replace my old HP printer. It was somewhat easy to set up and a breeze once the drivers are installed. I had no issues once the drivers were installed. I would recommend this printer for those who want a simple device that is easy to use. My only complaint is that the black ink seems to need replacing too soon. I would recommend purchasing the XL version of ink on the program from HP where you get 50% off. Because the ink is half priced, it makes the entire purchase well worth it.

I'm impressed. Fast setup, works like a charm. Couldn't be happier. I bought a 2nd one for my daughter. Love printing from my smart phone and iPad.

I have not had the chance to use it for pictures but expect to do so in the near future. Printing in black and color is clear and concise. The colors are not a vivid as I expected compared to an old HP that I replaced, but they are acceptable. Big thing on colors will be when I use the printer for pictures. Printer speed is better than my old HP for both color and black and white. Time will tell on the ink cartridges as to whether there is a cost benefit in buying them or participating in the auto delivery. So far I am satisfied with my purchase.

This is a all in one printer. It works very fast compared to the printers on the market. Also it works wirelessly from my cellphone. I love it.

My HP printer I bought from you in 2008 finally died. I love HP products so when I saw this one I decided to buy it. I am very pleased with all the features it provides, especially the two-sided option. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Set up was easy. I particularly like the ability to scan wirelessly. Photos print out beautiful. Ink is less expensive than last printer

I was looking for a all-in-one that had a fax option and there are few available. This has everything you would ever need, and the wireless setup is very quick and easy. No problems and I've been able to replace 3 footprints on my desktop with one.

This printer replaces a HP that sucked ink. We bought this one because of the great reviews. Has many functions and we can enroll in HP ink refill program. Some reviews indicated problems with 2 sided copies but we haven't had any problems. I set it up and it was easy peasey. Only issue was price. Salesman encouraged us to check ads for price adjustment and sure enough it was on sale the next week. When we went in to get advertised price, store had a featured price that was even lower. Ended up with a great printer at a great price!

This little unit does it all! It replaced a much older printer that was almost twice the size in my office and it does a great job. It sees a high work load too and I have never had an issue.

Once again, BEST BUY's customer service is outstanding. I had purchased a 4500 HP ENVY only to find 2 1/2 weeks later that I needed more features. Called my local BEST BUY and no problem they allowed me to exchange and upgrade. Thank you BEST BUY!!
