Much improved [on already good] software, excellent display! When installing the software though, I would uncheck the SmartPrint download, as it isn't supported in IE11 and beyond [see Hp Forums].

I needed a new printer and kept looking, not sure which would be best. Well, the HP Envy 7640 I purchased is perfect! I'd recommend it to anyone for home use. And, I got it on sale for half price!!

I am having a problem since I hooked the printer up. It keeps interfering with my internet connect on my TV. It is always changing the TV internet connection to the printer wireless connection. Any ideas

Easier than expected setup. Great for home use -reasonably fast printing with good wifi connectivity.

Needed a new fax machine at work and decided to choose this one. Glad I made the choice to get all-in-one. Saves space since I don't need a separate printer and the WiFi functions all work great.

Went to Best Buy looking at printers, just happened to be HP rep there, explained how great and easy this printer was, no disk, do it all on line, easy set up, puts out its own wifi signal no routers needed. Bought it, took it home, unpacked it, humm, here is a disk with it, followed all directions, did the setup on line, Sure it puts out its own wifi signal to print wireless, except you also have to change computer settings to wifi which then disconnects you from the wireless router and the internet. Took about 3 attempts to setup. So far works ok, not that impressed.

This printer is so easy to set up and to run. Makes excellent copies and the price was right!!!

This is a good printer for a reasonable price. No issues as yet. Much quieter than my prior Canon printer.

The HP Envy 7460 was very easy to set up to all of my computers. The print quality is also very good.

This printer is very efficient and meets my printing, copying, and scanning needs. It's independent wifi capability allows any device (laptop, iPad, iPhone, etc.) to connect and print with ease.

HP always satisfies when it comes to simplicity to use and set up. The only thing we need to see is if it lasts longer than a year, seems like they never do. But while they are working, FANTASTIC!

I looked at quite a lot of printers, I just kept coming back to this one. I know that the brand name is good, and knew it would be able to get the job done. I'm extremely happy with my choice.
