Easy to install and operate. No software needed for my mac and I can send directly from my phone.

I selected this printer, although slightly higher priced, in comparison to other models, because of its ability to print pictures directly from my mobile devices and the fact that I can have ink automatically sent to me monthly at a very reasonable price. Also, I was very impressed at how easy the printer was to set up, and I love its email capabilities! I feel that I made an excellent choice in selecting this printer.

Had a Geek agent set up the printer so all my devices would print to it. The only thing about it is like all other All-in-One eprinters it does not print enough items before ink runs out.

This printer was simple to setup and the quality and speed are excellent for the price.

Generally the set up went better than prior printers but still not as easy as indicated it would be and required contacting Geek Squad to address some problems. After using for about a month Windows 10 would not recognize that the printer was on-line checked web found this was a common problem with Windows 10 for all printers. Used HP Print Doctor to try and fix not successful had to reload the printer software in Windows 10.

Color pictures turned out really good, like the wireless Wi-Fi, holds more paper than my old one, cheaper ink cartridges, no more paper falling in my face because of automatic tray catcher.

This is a slick-looking printer. I got it at the same time when I purchased an HP all-in-one PC. I kept getting error messages when I tried to wirelessly connect it to the PC, but then I noticed it (usually) worked anyway. So far, I haven't printed too much on it, but what I have printed looks good. For several years now, mostly I've been scanning documents and saving them in computer files, and this has done well on scanning, too.

HP is a pretty good printer, I've owned 2 others over the years. I print alot as small business owner, and my wife has a small business too, so they do get a work out.

Does everything I need. It was a breeze to set up. Good quality and prints and scans very well.

Great printer and I highly recommend getting the instant ink which is very worth it! Also I love that it has a spot for photo paper and regular paper in the same tray.

We believe that HP printers are the best. We are still on the learning curve for this model. There are a few updates on this model that we are becoming acquainted with. One feature that I really like is being able to print a full letter size photo on photo paper with photo quality settings. I was not able to do that with the previous model. I know I will love this printer when I learn all the procedures available.
