Works well but was difficult to install.

The instruction book was not helpful enough, so our IT professionals went online to obtain instructions. However, it prints well and copies well also. We haven't yet scanned or used the fax. I like the idea of free ink that came with the purchase and also bought the plan that automatically sends cartridges for $2.99/month. So far, so good.

HP Printer that works Great!

This printer was easy to set-up and all functions work properly. Absolutely no problems with this printer and it only uses two cartridges so the cost of operation is much lower than most. Highly recommend this printer!

Excellent Photos!

This printer has a special slot just for your 4x6 and 5x7 photos and it also has a slot for your 8x10's. I could not as for more from a printer. The only drawback is that when it prints photo's it consumes a lot of ink, but that is to be expected with the quality of photo's this printer produces. I would recommend this printer to any person looking for a photo printer!

it is good except the touch-screen is fair
