Best buy was very helpful in taking care of this. The one I have now works fine. Easy to set up. I like that it stores multiple paper and photo paper at the same time.

Not for Office Use

It's actually only 25 pages. It makes a nice printer for photos and occasional light printing, but is otherwise very limited. It was also difficult to set up. I never did get it to print. I'm exchanging for an OfficeJet Pro 8610-e. It offers many more features and more speed for the same price.
