Customer Ratings & Reviews

I haven't had it very long But seems to be doing good. When faxing sometimes I have to put the paper up against the wheel twice or it just faxes nothing.

Our last WiFi printer had a menu that was impossible to migrate through. This is very user friendly and also the ink lasts a long time.

Set up was easy and directions simple. Print quality was very good.

This printer does everything we need and more. Prints, scans and faxes.

Not very hard to setup or use and does not take up very much room!

very good printer for the money, easy to set up and easy to operate

This printer is amazing. Now if I could only figure out how to get the fax to complete, instead of saying "no answer", life will be much easier. Love it.

Easy to install. Love my printer. Nice size, fits well on my desk.

I really enjoy this printer. It is easy to use and prints very well.

Set it up quickly and easily. Nice quality printing, easy scanning.

very Easy to set up operations, prints great pictures, easy to use

Very happy with this printer. Easy to operate and good quality results.

Great printer so far. Was easy to set up and puts out great copies.

It's another HP printer that simply works fine. Each generation of printers seem to allow less and less control and provides even less documentation. Several features were unclear how to use and were discovered literally by accident, even HP reps could not provide the answers! Quality of print is fine, user control sub par and reliability? Ask me after a year in service.

This is a great printer. Excellent color prints. Easy to use and set up.

Installed easily and performs all functions well. Print quality good.

Pros: it prints, and is very quiet, Cons: Everything else. Document quality was thoroughly mediocre and photo quality was nothing short of atrocious. The driver did not properly identify where the print would come from, so i often received an 8.5X11 piece of printer paper with a 4X6 image on it, as opposed to a standard 4X6 photo print from the photo tray. The printer would also be insanely annoying under Windows 10, as every time the printer went to sleep after printing, a Win 10 notification popped up telling me the "Scan to" function had disconnected. Setup was also an unnecessary chore. Instead of simply identifying the printer on my network, like every other wireless printer I've ever used, it required me to go to the printer and copy down the printer's IP address and manually input it. I'm returning it one week after buying it.

Quick set up for instant coping. Convenient printing from phone.

Decent printer. My old photosmart broke so I had to replace it. HP doesn't make the photosmart printer anymore. This one is comparable to the one I had.

Used this printer for over a month and works great! Fax easy to set up.
