Each generation of printers seem to allow less and less control and provides even less documentation. Several features were unclear how to use and were discovered literally by accident, even HP reps could not provide the answers! Quality of print is fine, user control sub par and reliability? Ask me after a year in service.

Easy to use and excellent print quality

I had to use the Geek Squad to help me download the software and it took a while even for them to accomplish. However once the task was accomplished it was relatively easy to print, and scan documents to the printer. I was happy to see the excellent print quality of the machine.
