Easy setup, i set it up for wireless use. Great print and pictures.

User friendly and great printing quality and love online features

Printer hooked to Verizon DSL modem via Ethernet cable. Accessible via WiFi as network printer for several laptops & a desktop. Print quality, scans, copying good but have not printed pictures to know about their quality. Hopefully the mechanics (paper feeder, ink head mover, etc) of this printer will hold up better than that of prior HP 4500 printer.

Printer is super easy to set up. Printing is fast and looks great.

Decent printer. My old photosmart broke so I had to replace it. HP doesn't make the photosmart printer anymore. This one is comparable to the one I had.

Pros: it prints, and is very quiet, Cons: Everything else. Document quality was thoroughly mediocre and photo quality was nothing short of atrocious. The driver did not properly identify where the print would come from, so i often received an 8.5X11 piece of printer paper with a 4X6 image on it, as opposed to a standard 4X6 photo print from the photo tray. The printer would also be insanely annoying under Windows 10, as every time the printer went to sleep after printing, a Win 10 notification popped up telling me the "Scan to" function had disconnected. Setup was also an unnecessary chore. Instead of simply identifying the printer on my network, like every other wireless printer I've ever used, it required me to go to the printer and copy down the printer's IP address and manually input it. I'm returning it one week after buying it.

I downsized from the HP8600, which had many flaws from setup to ease of operation. This machine was much easier to setup and works more smoothly. I like it.

So far so good with the new printer. Right out of the box it was the easiest printer setup I've had with any printer from manufacturer. It was as simple as downloading the app, removing all the tape and plugging it in. It was that easy!! I opted out of the ink program for now but am curious how the printer does with ink usage. This is a great pick!!

I entered Best Buy with the intention of purchasing a much needed printer for my home to support myself & children. After discussing printer options with the support /sales person and receiving expertise advice, I purchased the HP - Envy 7640 Wireless e-All-in-One Instant Ink Ready Printer. Fabulous printer. Love all features; very happy with purchase.
