Easy to use and excellent print quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had difficulty in downloading the software to operate the printer from my computer. I had to use the Geek Squad to help me download the software and it took a while even for them to accomplish. However once the task was accomplished it was relatively easy to print, and scan documents to the printer. I was happy to see the excellent print quality of the machine.

easy setup
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I downsized from the HP8600, which had many flaws from setup to ease of operation. This machine was much easier to setup and works more smoothly. I like it.

Works fine as network printer.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Printer hooked to Verizon DSL modem via Ethernet cable. Accessible via WiFi as network printer for several laptops & a desktop. Print quality, scans, copying good but have not printed pictures to know about their quality. Hopefully the mechanics (paper feeder, ink head mover, etc) of this printer will hold up better than that of prior HP 4500 printer.

Poor quality photo printing, connection prob
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am extremely disappointed in the photo printing which had always been a positive of an HP product before, even with all the settings turned onto photo paper best quality etc - photos are poor in my opinion. I love the fact that it's wireless, but I frequently have to turn the printer off then back on before a job I want will print. I would definitely not recommend it to a friend!
