Customer Ratings & Reviews

Great product. Very easy to use and set up.prints good pictures

So far so good with the new printer. Right out of the box it was the easiest printer setup I've had with any printer from manufacturer. It was as simple as downloading the app, removing all the tape and plugging it in. It was that easy!! I opted out of the ink program for now but am curious how the printer does with ink usage. This is a great pick!!

Trouble free, easy to use, and wireless! Can't beat the price too!

I entered Best Buy with the intention of purchasing a much needed printer for my home to support myself & children. After discussing printer options with the support /sales person and receiving expertise advice, I purchased the HP - Envy 7640 Wireless e-All-in-One Instant Ink Ready Printer. Fabulous printer. Love all features; very happy with purchase.

It's perfect if your doing multiple simple projects; printing pictures, sending fax, everyday printing, the web features are nice however, printing pictures options lack, if your printing from a mobile device make sure you use anoher photo program to edit your pictures and size them first. Overall a good printer and picture quality is great and at an excellent price!

THE INSTANT LINK HAS PROVIDED ME WITH TWO NEW CARTRIDGES BUT NOW MY ENVOY SAYS THEY ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE PRINTER BUT THEY ARE WORKING FINE. HMMMM.

This is a great overall printer! Easy to set up! I used to this for a home office/ school set up and does everything I need it to. WiFi Printing, and scanning it documents. It surprising lasts a lot longer with pink compared to my old HP printer which is a plus a and saves money and time! I would recommend getting this printer if you are in the market!

Printer is great. Easy set up and doesn't take up a lot of space.

Easy to use and set up. Produces great output. Very reliable.

Printer very high quality resolution. Enjoy being able to print remotely.

Great printer easy install great quality light weight love it

Love that this is an all-in-one. I don't have the need for other equipment to be sitting around everywhere. Helps organize my home office much better!

I would like to give a thank you to the representative from Best Buy who helped me to choose this item, he was very knowledgeable on this product

The printer itself does a good job. I haven't had it long so I can't speak for ink usage/longevity. The wireless feature works rather well, and I really like the email address concept (you can email yourself a file to be printed directly). However, the software I had to download was not very user friendly. It didn't seem to connect/work smoothly as it could.

If your looking for a Bluetooth printer, this is it!!! We drive a truck and wifi is precious and I was shocked at how much wifi a printer takes. We looked and looked for a Bluetooth printer and even though some say they are, there not:/. This one truly is!!! It was simple to set up and works with my iPhone and iPad. Prints fast and clear. Well worth the money!!

I love this printer and to prove just that I bought my 2 college aged children one as well as recommended to another family member.

Easy to use. Small compact printer that can easily fit on a desk.

we had installation difficulties but customer service was very helpful. It is important to save your case number in case you need to call a second time.

Great printer I like the automatic double sided printing. Best buy matched Costco price...very happy

It really is a great printer, however, it doesn't pick up 4x6 sized paper. Maybe I'm the only one having this problem, but I haven't had any success yet.
