Customer Ratings & Reviews

I purchased this printer, as I had owned one in the past. It is faster than the old one and uses less ink. My only problem has been with my modem/printer connection which has been resolved, hopefully. My only complaint, which is really small, is the screen is very small. it takes a while to navigate the settings. overall, I really like it.

Great printer. Was easy to set up. Great for printing wirelessly.

I'm very pleased with the print quality and the ease of using it.

Not hard to set up with my laptop and I pad. Have not had long enough to know how the ink will hold up.

Fast, easy to set up and use, looks great, and just awesome.

Very good printer, scanner, copier compared to previous he 3 in 1. Was cheaper to buy new rather than replace ink cartridges from other hp printer.

I am very happy with this printer. the black and white printing and colored photos are excellent. I did, however had a problem with downloading the software from HP. It took me a few hours to find the problem and get the help I needed from HP. But when I finally got a live person on the HP chat, He was able to find the problem and fixed it completely.

I have had purchased basic throw away ones prior to this one it has been so user friendly & dependable to date. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Easy to set up. Quality of color printing is excellent.

Its my first printer it is great for a beginner only problem is it has 2 areas to put paper which was confusing at first after that its great

The fact that it is light weight and is the right size to put in a small space. I have an 8620 HP that I had to replace with this one. I had it only for less than two years and the print head no longer works, or so I have been told and it was an excellent printer. I do hope I can get someone to repair it and use my 7640 HP for a second printer.

After Chris got it all connected for me - It is really self explanatory. Love it ....... Thank you - I've always loved you; Best Buy!!!!!!!

I attended a baby shower recently and the photographer was using this model printer to print photos in the Photo booth. I was amazed at the quality of each picture. He also advised me about the cost of printing pictures compared to using another printing source. I am an amateur photographer and have enjoyed being able to print mobily.

We replaced our older (probably 1-year old) 3 in 1 printer with this model. Very easy to set up and is a lot more compact than our older model.

I have only had it hooked up for a few days, but am happy so far. It far excels the printer I replaced.

still trying to get used to it, and learning the different things I can do with it, the scanning is still hard to understand but I will get it

Great printer. One of the few at this price point that has multiple paper feeds, print, scan, copy, and auto document feeder.

Great printer , easy to use , prints nice and had no issues

You know it does it all!! Guy from hp did a demo of the product and totally sold me on every question. Total reason I bought that printer.

Bought this printer to replace an old hp printer and so far it is great Only uses two cartridges my old one had four and this is way better.
