Customer Ratings & Reviews

My old Hp printer developed a problem with the print head. I read the reviews on Cnet and Bestbuy and this printer seems to fit for my use.

This printer is the perfect compact easy to use printer.

Easy printer to set up. Works great! Prints with no problems!

We like it. It's easy to use. The print quality is great too.

I absolutely love this printer. It is perfect for my home office. I can print, scan and copy all the records I need from my PC or my laptop.

Easy to setup. Color printing is sharp. Would buy this again.

This printer has been a welcomed addition to our ministry work. With it's multi function capabilities, it's the perfect printer for our needs

Very quick and easy to set up. Prints everything quickly.

Overall very good printer - print quality is excellent. Easy setup

After a examining all the printers in the store, I decided to purchase this all-in-one printer. A Geek Squad Agent set it up in my home and gave me a quick review of how the printer operates & what it is capable of doing. So far, I am very pleased & would gladly recommend it. It is a very good printer for the price & perfect for my home office.

I purchased this for the sole purpose of printing pictures out. They quality in the pictures printed in the store were decent, but this machine is far from creating the same quality images. There are lines across the prints, and they are horrible quality. I am very unhappy with this pice of junk.

I needed one urgently as ours went out completely. We noticed that the 7640 was on sale and the sales assistant was very helpful in explaining everything about this printer. To set the printer up we had it done over the 1-800 number and was completed within 1/2 an hour. I am very satisfied with it and hope it lasts longer than our previous one.

Purchased this product last month and it is impressive. Quite, fast and quality printing. Easy to install on a SOHO and compatible with Linux, Mac and PC. Picture printing quality is great too. Most interesting is that once on a LAN it can be set up to receive print orders over the internet, meaning you can print at home while you are away.

Look. I hate printers like the guys from office space. This one does get the job done though. Sure. It has its moments where it makes noises like it's going to explode or it can't find paper. But I've always been able to get it to work. Had the previous model which died after one year. I hope this one makes it longer than that. Buy the warranty!

Easy to use. The printer quality is excellent for the price

meets my needs. have not had much time to use here lately since I purchased but seem to be a good printer and ink cartridges are reasonable

easy to use and set up. Prints perfect evey time. love it

Luv this printer. Good copying jobs. Sleek look. Works quietly.

Overall I like this multi-function printer. The only disappointment is it will not save images in pdf format. I should have done more research. If I had known more I would have purchased a different machine. However, the last multi-function machine I had cost four time more than this one so I guess I have to overlook the lack of the pdf function.

Great price. Great Features. Love the paper feed when copying and two sided printing! Love the HP ink program also. Saves me a ton of money.
