Customer Ratings & Reviews

While I have had to restart my printer several times over the last 16 months of having the HP ENVY 7640 (wireless communication issue), it has been reliable and gives good prints. Overall, I am pleased with this product even after having it for over a year.

I really like the printer. It is great for my minimal at home use. It does take a minute to register and print but overall it is exactly what i was looking for. I also love the fact that I can get the ink sent to me and that it comes automatically based on my usage.

This a great printer and the photo quality is wonderful. I love the HP printer cartridge replacement program that automatically reorders and ships new printer cartridges when the ink is running low. I never have to worry about being without a replacement cartridge.

Purchased this printer to replace my HP 6500 series printer and this one is so much better. It prints faster without all the hesitation that the old one had. The 2 sided option works out well. I have no complaints at this time. I feel like I made a good choice.

The best improvement is related to the Ink cartridges design and the replacement program!

Owned this product over 2 years now and love it. The wireless features makes set up easy, and no wires to run. Can print to it from mobile phones, tablets or another wireless computer I use. The scan to email feature is useful for sending docs

Excellent printer only one on the market that has all functions . Copy fax. Photo and. Scan

Does everything I need it to do. I am always happy with HP printers. I have done printing, scanning and copying. Have not printed pictures so don't know about that but works great on those things I have done.

This printer does a great job printing and scanning ( have not used the fax feature). I'm very happy with the printer and the price. It will not be used for a lot of large projects, so the need for only 2 ink cartridges is also perfect for this environment.

My HP ENVY 7640 is an all in one printer that I found simple to hook up and super easy to use

We bought this printer first and tried it and wasn't happy enough to keep it knowing that the Canon would be a better pick. The HP rep told us this would be the case (kudo's to him for his honesty). We returned it and got the Canon. The HP wasn't bad... It just wasn't the best quality. If you are looking for a lower cost per copy, go with this HP.

This printer is better than canon. We bought a canon and had nothing but problems with it.

easy to set up easy to use even print from my phone unlike other brands HP is user friendly

I love it, great all i one. I would buy it again and recommend it to my family and friends

Great cooperation of staff on the floor. They are very experienced for what I wanted to buy.

No problems with print quality, speed, and output. The only problem has been maintaining wireless connection for other wireless device along with the printer. I did not have the problem before I connected the printer. I am looking for a long-term solution to this problem.

Great all-in-one printer/copier/fax for home use. Wireless capability includes mobile phones.

Was easy to hook up to all my devices wirelessly. The picture quality isn't the best but good.

everything is great on this, it does just about everything I was looking for.

I am a fan of this machine. We use it at home for simple printing and scanning so it does the job nicely. Set up was very simple and took very little time. The reason I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that every so often the scan to email doesn't arrive.
