easy to set up easy to use even print from my phone unlike other brands HP is user friendly

We bought this printer first and tried it and wasn't happy enough to keep it knowing that the Canon would be a better pick. The HP rep told us this would be the case (kudo's to him for his honesty). We returned it and got the Canon. The HP wasn't bad... It just wasn't the best quality. If you are looking for a lower cost per copy, go with this HP.

Easy to install and easy to use. I had a previous model but it quit working. This is great for printing documents, copying, making pictures and gifts, scanning is easy, no land line so I have not tried to fax. I would recommend just wish ink was a little cheaper.

Great cooperation of staff on the floor. They are very experienced for what I wanted to buy.

Was easy to hook up to all my devices wirelessly. The picture quality isn't the best but good.

This printer replaced one I had for 13 years. So far it has been wonderful. I really like the Wi-Fi system. With it I can connect directly with my iPhone and iPad wirelessly to print images or documents.

Ive always used HP printers because I like their features and are used to them. I needed to replace an all in one that was about 6 years old and this was just too good of a deal to pass up. The printer is quick and quiet and performs just like I expect it to.

I love this all-in-one! Only reason it dropped a star is because I did have to replace it once and then had issues setting it up twice. The original time was pretty easy. I love the Instant Ink connection with it plus the capability of scanning to email.

The ink that came with the printer runs out very fast. Make sure you by some with the printer.

It is something that I recomend because you can used to print,photos make copies I love it.

My old printer was a HP and I was very satisfied with it, had it for years. That was the reason that I bought another HP printer and this model is so much better. Love all the features and it is easy to understand .even for a non tech person like myself
