So far So good , printer is working fine , no complaints. We print about 100 sheets per month so I would suggest to join the printer ink club . Does everything we need it for scanning , copying and it does it quicker then are old printer .

This printer does the job. I switch from an old Epson printer. This is much better. I signed up for for their ink program, but found out after one year , we were not printing enough to justify the cost. I canceled the subscription.

I purchased a Epson printer at the recommendation of a sales rep at Best Buy. Turned out to be worst printer I ever owned. Went back to HP which I have previously had and still have. Exceeds Epson by a large margin. Will stay with HP.

This printer allows me to fax, print and connect with all the desktop and wireless devices we have in our home and allows me to get things done that I had to do with two printers in the past.

Most Printers are tedious to set up. The manufacturers assume that the consumer has nothing important to do other than to troubleshoot computer products. This printer is the 1st I've bought that I didn't have to call in for help installing.

The printer took only about ten minutes to set up, which was great. I was able to print immediately with no problems. And my 12-year-old was able to print pictures from his iPod for a science project without any help from me. very easy to use.

Has been a very good printer for my needs once I got the hang of all its capabilities

This is a very practical printer for home or small business as it works well and takes up little space. Like all printers the ink is a bit pricy, but at least this printer allows you to override the low ink indication and get a few mor jobs done.

I purchased this to replace an 18 month old Canon which died. Hoping for a better product and more importantly for better customer service. Not sure about the product overall yet, but the customer service is poor! I attempted to set up the HP instant Ink feature offered which was one of the selling points that influenced my purchase. After several attempts to set this up I finally contacted customer service and started a chat session with Alex from customer service at 7:33 and after him having me run up and down the steps several times and changing DNS settings and resetting router and then wanting to remotely control my computer which i did not allow. So I did reset the router, which disconnected our chat session after 50+ minutes to no resolution. Should it be that hard to set up a printer, and ink service? I don't think so, and customer service needs a lot of improvement!!!

I replaced an older HP printer since I have always had good results with HP. I was impressed with the feature set and quality of the prints. I will be signing up for the automatic ink replacement program as soon as my first ink is used up.

This is a great printer, just make sure you buy better quality picture paper

It has all of the features I wanted and has a great appearance in my office.

Positive: fairly quite when printing. Negative: has only one cartridge for color.
