I purchased this printer as a gift for my mom. I liked this printer for it's ease of setup and available functions. It took less than 10 minutes to un box the printer and get it connected to all of the devices in the house.

I like the way it prints - great quality, however my space is limited and I have to pull it out to lift the lid all the way up to make copies. Wish the lid would stay up without having to open it all the way up. My old HP printer did.

Bought the printer and couldn't install- printer wouldn't turn off or allow the menu setting. Returned to store and tried another one. Had this one installed by the Geek squad (took an hour). Printer is working and was a great choice.

This is the best printer that I have ever owned. I highly recommend.

Very satisfied with all functions of printer, scanner and copier.

It is a Christmas gift for a family member, will see how they like it.

Sometimes printing is slow. Difficult to figure out scanning feature. No user manual included and the online version required Adobe reader to view. Could not figure out the photo printer either. That is why I was oooking for a user guide.

It's exactly why I was looking for and its performing to my expectation

This printer was so easy to install wireless. Once I turned it on I followed the prompts and it started to work immediately thereafter. It's light weight so that you can carry to another room if needed.

This printer does everything that it advertises and it is easy to use. I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 because I haven't printed photos yet so I don't know the quality. I don't print many photos, so it isn't that important to me.

Set up was easy. Even showed image on screen of new cartridge installation. Just still have to figure out how to print on 4x6 photo paper. Keeps trying to print on ref 8x11 paper. I'm sure it's easy to find how to do in settings.

Have a little problem with the 4X6 photos but i will figure it out.

I bought this printer because it had all the features I needed and the instant ink membership. It’s small enough to fit in my office but big enough to print big jobs and still look good. Good buy for the cost!!

This is a great Scanner for the Price. And Great Customer Service

Purchased this printer to replace a worn out one. Does a nice job of printing faxing and copying. Haven't set up for wireless use, haven't needed that function. Otherwise it works great. Was a little difficult to set up.
