We were replacing our old HP printer that had some sort of a fatal print head error but still decided to stick with HP since we had never had a problem with that previously (a little irritating, though). I researched this particular model, the HP Envy 7640, and saw that overall it had good reviews. Very easy setup, quality printing, no issues. We like that you can scan directly to memory stick if you like (many printers don't have that option). We have had it for three months now without any connection issues, such as the dreaded "printer offline," thankfully. The scanning/copying capability works great but is not super fast. I put a stack of papers in and it scanned them all perfectly with no jams, however, so I am a satisfied customer.

My previous printer was always giving me some kind of trouble, so this printer is a real joy to not have given me a moment's worth of trouble. I print about a thousand pages a month and this printer just keeps going.

Printer works pretty good. It's easy to hook up to Mobile devices. Older laptops are a bit more difficult to connect. It doesn't always recognize that the paper trays are filled.

A great printer, a couple of new features and a wonderful ink replacement program (if you opt for it). Bought this for the college student in our family and he loves it too. Strategically priced but well worth it.

This printer is well worth the investment! It prints flawlessly & effortlessly! It is precise & it also prints pretty fast. Price is reasonable & hp now offers a new ink program, that is also a good investment as well!

This printer was so easy to set up on my in-home wireless network.

I needed a printer to print out pictures of my new grand baby. It does a great job. The only thing I have an issue with is that it does not print anything smaller than a 4X6 and I have a picture frame that takes those sizes.

The print quality is great for photos and if you have a good network setup, the wireless printing works very well. There is also a companion app for iOS that makes printing photos from your camera roll super easy.
