Bought the same printer for my son so I know the quality.

Easy to set up and so far, painless wyfi.Would reccommend it.

My family loves our new printer and all the features it has.

My previous printer malfunctioned. I visited my local Best Buy in Surprise, Az. And was advised that the printer I brought in was not repairable. Apparently. Ink leaked and clogged the printer heads. I went over to the Conputer printer department and introduced myself to the Best Buy rep. After discussing my needs he recommended the HP 7640. which was currently in sale for $50.00 off their price. This was the easiest printer I ever set up as well as the wireless connection. The set up took less then 15 minutes. The only reminder I will advise you , you must either have the computer connector cable already (which I did have from the defective printer) or it will cost you another $24.00 for a new cable.

My old HP printer from Circuit City finally died and I needed a replacement. I trust the HP brand and needed to upgrade to an all-in-one, but easy enough to use for personal use. So far, I'm enjoying it.

A bit noisy otherwise I would have given a 5 star.

No Print preview and I'm constantly wasting paper as I can't see it first. HP assumes your browser has a print preview, some do but not all and not on my phone. You can't print preview from a "print" on a webpage, wasted a lot of ink and paper trying to figure out that mess but in the end have to "print screen" and then use a photo program to print it on 1 sheet. It sucks down ink, I have had this printer 2 months with less than average printing, i.e., less than every day, sometimes only 2 sheets per week, yet I have gone thru both the ink that came with the printer and then regular ink. (didn't have xl at time of purchase). I have ordered XL, hopefully it lasts longer. I have been looking for a new printer because the ink cost is more than the printer after 2 refills.

Talked to a HP salesman at Best Buy for a new printer and this was recommended to me. HP has been the best printer I've used and this is no exception. Really good printer and easy to scan with this unit.

I Have Had The HP Envy 7640 for About Two Months Real Nice

This printer was easy to setup. Has the multiple paper feed and scan to email I wanted. The multiple paper feed is giving me a wavy line. I have not been able to figure out what I can do to get rid of this problem.

We really like this printer. It is so quiet compared to our last one we had. It is easy to put the ink in, and looks great too. I am very glad I bought this printer. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!!!!!

This is the second one I've purchased. Gets the job done

When I have it working, it's great. I love the wireless aspect, but I've had to make sure that it's plugged directly into a wall outlet and then I still have to re-set it frequently, unplugging from wall outlet and disconnecting power supply at printer as well. It sometimes doesn't grab the paper and says that I'm out of paper when I'm not, which is my cue to unplug everything to re-set it. I find myself fretting about this... after all I've barely printed more than a few sheets and yet I've spent more time re-setting it than actually printing with it! I'm hoping this doesn't continue, but time will tell.
