    This printer has performed perfectly since purchase. Setup was a breeze possibly due to having a HP computer. Wifi connection was simple and easily allows printing wirelessly with tablet or laptop.

    It took a computer expert 2 hrs to install and get this printer up and running. Then it suddenly stopped printing from all 3 computers. Now I can only print from iPhone. Prints great pictures or it would have been a 1

    We purchased this product on the recommendation of your Geek Squad agent. It is easy to use, and the ink cartridges are much less expensive and last longer than what we were using with our old printer.

    Set-up was easy, a few simple steps and wireless printing and fax were operational. Very easy to use, I trashed one from a previous supplier because you needed to be a software engineer to make it work!

    this is a fast printer and the quality is very good. I had some issues with the wireless access and ended up purchasing a cable. Wired performance is excellent, but I would have preferred to go wireless.
