Just connected today, haven't used it yet! I think that youll should allow a long time, for setup and usage, before sending out survey. Tis product was recommend by one of your employee.

This works for home and in home office. Settings are adjustable for double-sided or single page printing. Speed is alright. It's not sluggish and seems to be able to handle longish documents.

Bought as a replacement for an old Canon pixma. Breeze to setup. Prints wirelessly anywhere in the house without problem. Love the fact that I can print from my phone.

In less than a week, I have gotten 3 - HP Envy 7640 printers and returned 1 to Best Buy and one to HP. I spent over 2 hours on HP chat and in 2 phone calls to HP (almost another 2 hours hours) and consistently I received an error that baffled them and in the end they stated was a hardware issue. Bottom line, during the set up of printer number 3 (which can I say the directions for printer set up are terrible - often I was asked for a password or pin that was never explained and had to search online to explain what they wanted and where to find it and even the forums are bad) I got the printer to work and print with a USB cable and all was good. I was printing and it was all working perfectly. So it was time to set up the wireless, which we did first with the last two printers, and as soon as I connected to my ASUS router - The error message came and the Blue Screen w/ error code B8BA6CCO, flash up for a second and a message came that said Turn off and On. FYI - This is the message that stumped HP Support for hours, yet they always said they knew what the problem was. The simple truth the router does not work with my printer. I have no Wireless Printing - if this is a must have feature for you and you have errors like mine - return the printer and get something else. Beyond my set up that the prints are nice and currently only in black and white, so trying to resolve that issue. My last printer stopped printing black and now this one won't print color. Thanks HP for a product with many flaws.

I am building a website and will be scanning several photos and documents to post. My new printer is easy to use and the price was reduced at the time of purchase. Perfect!!!!

Printer works well. Quality of the print is first class, near laser printer quality. A little pricey considering other printers in its class but, so far worth the price.

I asked a very knowlegable friend , on what printer he had and it was the HP -7640. The install ws easy and the funtioning of the printer has been what I expected.

I was a little nervous purchasing it after reading some mixed reviews but so glad I did. Has really been beneficial to send scanned items and print and copy. Love it.

Love this copier but had a lot of trouble setting it up. Finally gave up and called HP. Spent about 1 1/2 hrs on phone while they troubleshooted and finally got me set up.

Best ink jet printer I've ever owned. Ink last exceptionally long, print pool and return of product is very fast, comparable to laser times. Price point makes it a great buy.

I really didn't want to buy a new printer as my existing one was another brand and had the $5 large capacity ink deal, better print and scan quality etc.. Thing is the printer started having issues and they don't sell anymore. I'd had and loved HP in the past but one worry is cost of ink. I print very little. Back in the old days an ink would last a year even if not used in months. These days it's like they dry up so I didn't like the idea of going back to ink that had built-in print-head like HP's as they are twice as expensive. What sold me on this printer? Well the ink program. I signed up for the $2.99/mo ink deal. Works great for me. It's like buying ink once a year but I'll always be able to print. If it has problems, they replace the ink. I print very little so it works out great. (hopefully they don't raise prices) Why not 5 stars? Simple. The quality and features. My 5 year old printer had better print and scan quality yet this is the TOP of the line printer HP has for AIO... Sad... I'm talking both on actual tech specs list and observed usage. I also dislike that today printers are still 2.4GHz wifi only. Why can't I have 5GHz? Everything in my house is 5GHz but my printer. I don't want 2.4GHz even on. It's weak here because soo much noise due to congestion, plus I just don't need it... except my printer.. They couldn't spend the extra buck I guess for dual band. Everything else these days is dual-band, cell phone, thermostat by nest etc. etc. I had to warranty the power supply also already as it caused a bad noise but research on HP forums told me it was PSU and after replacing no problems. Initially they wanted to warranty whole printer but I didn't want to as the forum research told me it's just the PSU and I don't want to deal with refurb printer etc. Another issue is a lot of people seem to have complaints about it not printing/connecting etc. always. I found the problem related to the printer IP changing and the software not matching/updating. Set a static IP on the printer or DHCP reservation before installing the software and you'll have no issues.

I love all of the features that come with this printer. However, if your main reason to buy this printer is to print pictures from your digital media - then consider another printer.

WE needed all purpose printer that handled larger quantities and copied quickly. This printer has not disappointed us. HP continues to produce a reliable product.

This printer has been dependable and accurate. Too often home-use printers are cheaply made and undependable. Not true with this printer. I recommend it very highly.

This was purchased to replace an older HP printer. I print everything on this from photos to pdfs to printer fabric for sewing. So far it's done an excellent job.

Works OK so far. Seems to lose wireless every now and then. Not sure if that's a local Wi-Fi issue or something to do with the printer itself. Printing works well and fast.

Printed instructions and touch-pad buttons made this printer easy to set up. Diagnostics and on--line help are clear and useful. Altogether I'm glad I chose this item.

Have had it about a month. Very happy with it. It was easy to set up, with good instructions. It does very nice two-sided copies, so it's already saved me a lot of paper.

Works great and so nice to have a printer that can print a photo on photo paper or something else on regular paper and has worked great printing from laptop and cellphones.
