Not the product, just the service. I give the service a "0" star rating. That's right, the big goose egg. Read reviews on this and many other all-in-ones. Unsure about what to do I asked a sales associate who assured me that this HP model would be able to do everything and scan negatives and do it quite well. We needed an all-in-one to reduce our hard copy load at home and convert to digital storage. Wanted the added perk of negative scanning for all of my wife's and our family pre-digital photos. Skeptical but accepting, I purchased this product hoping for the best. Contacted HP after Christmas and was told that there was no way that it was going to do what we wanted it to. Took the product back to the store where purchased, but after 1/15/16 and was given store credit minus the prorated amount used of the buyer protection plan. Only .80, but come on. The box wasn't even opened. So I get a lousy store credit to go back and purchase another product. Don't think I'll be asking for any sales assistance on my next purchase from Best Buy. Maybe I'll go to Staples, h h gregg, or even Office Depot and get advice from them before purchasing. Sorry Best Buy, losing faith in ya!

Easy to operate with many useful features. I like the look of the photos when printed from my computer, as well as from my phone.

I needed a new printer/copier quickly amd was happy to learn about Best Buy's program to exchange an HP inkjet printer for a new one and there was an extra amount off the new product. I was even more excited that the Envy was on sale! It was easy to set up the remote functionality, however, I haven't been able to connect the printer to my computer yet. I believe a USB cable is needed where, in my opinion, it should be included in the purchase. At least the copier works and so does the remote printing.

Have only had a few days, but so far it is working perfect. Was easy to set up. Its a little noisy but all printers are.

We own two now and really enjoy the scanning capabilities and the printing quality. I have not ever used it for photos.
