Frustrating install

Bought the same printer , difficult to install and have both normal and photo printing. Then had to return that printer because it wouldn't print in color. Bought a 2nd printer, again frustrating install. We ended up paying Geek Squad $99 to install. Still won't pick up photo paper like it should.
