Adequate but not impressive

Works well, but, setup not for the novice.

Setup is not for the first timer, the instructions, not in novice terms. It kept rejecting the color cartridge. Cleaning corrected the problem, but, a first timer would not have known exactly what to do. I still have not found the code to register. No reason it is different than the serial number. None of there are faults with the printer, only faults with the instructions.

Excellent Printer and Scanner

Rather than going online I went to Best Buy to purchase my printer. It was the best thing I could've done since the gentleman there showed me the One that would meet my needs. The young man was patient and knowledgeable. I will think twice about ordering online again. It is far better to go to Best Buy and check things out.
