I found the setup instructions a bit lacking in clarity for wireless connections. I did have some confusion scanning, but once the scan wizard started on the PC, it was the same as my other printer. It could be a little more clear as to where to start the scan from, printer or PC. I'm not sure which worked.

Had trouble setting it up

Sent a copy of my slip didn't matter. Called Best Buy they said bring it in. That was no help. Finally paid someone to help Found out the cable that came with it was the wrong one. He fixed it. And it works great now. I love it, but shouldn't have had to pay to get a new printer to work.
