It is a good product and it seems to work well.

They wanted to fix it for $149 and I said I would call GEEK squad. HP said the Geek squad would not understand what I was talking about. Geek squad checked my computer, said nothing was wrong with it and installed the printer. The HP support people are dishonest..

It handles larger documents and double-sided printing without a problem. Also produces nice scanned documents. (Haven't used many of the other features yet, so I can't speak about those.)
