Great Product!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After talking to the HP representative (Mike) and reading many reviews from many different store websites, I decided this was the printer that I wanted. I love how I can have photo paper as well as regular loaded at all times, and I love how my phone connects to the printer and knows which paper I want to use to print. Plus the instant ink is great! Best printer I have ever had! I have already bought another one for my mom.

This printer is easy to set up and work

I was shown the HP Envy 7640 which was similar,but this one has two paper shelves. It was easy to set up and fit into my wireless network. It has printed beautifully clear.

Easy setup and good print quality.

However, I still have not been able to get the printer drivers to install on my Toshiba laptop running Vista using a Wi-Fi connection. I get the DriverPackageInstall error and the install fails. This may be a Microsoft problem, but is still frustrating.

Good all-in-one printer

I have had good experiences with HP in the past and wanted a printer similar in terms of functions. The HP Envy 7640 prints, scans, copies and has a fax feature. It also prints good quality photos. The only drawback is that it seems to use ink more quickly, but I am overall happy with it.

Scanning documents to email myself has worked most of the time, but on a cpl occasions the document wasn't attached to my email. I also had some trouble getting my documents to scan, waited a day then it worked again. Still a good product, it's more useful to have it. I can find doc I print on the website for later us as well.
