Pretty good printer. Alittle bulky but it does the job.

I love this new All-in-One. The ease of access is great!

This printer does fine printing documents, but I am not at all impressed with the printing of photos. My previous printer, an Epson, did a much better job with photos. That is, until I had it for about 1 1/2 - 2 years and it started printing everything red.

I needed an all in one printer due to limited space

I've had this printer for almost two months, and so far I haven't encountered any problems, although I have not yet had to use all of the features. I know it's capable of doing more than I've needed, and I'm assuming that if the need arises, then it will perform as well as it has for the basic tasks I've used.

The wireless set up was confusing. If you use this for business purposes, make sure you check that you won't have a security issue when connected to a business laptop. In order to print from my work laptop, I have to disconnect from my work computer as it won't accept the printer as its out of the network.

Good printer but not really happy with photos.....

Good printer for light duty home use. Don’t buy for home office type use.

Easy set up and has all the features for a home office.

I bought this printer about a month ago. I bought and returned another printer from Staples after realizing it wasn`t what they told me it was. This one from Best Buy was exactly what I wanted and costs less too. I love it and the employee was very helpful. Now I will only buy anything I need from Best Buy.

Can't print from my e-mail or words or computer, but it will make a copy from a copy

We currently have an HP Photosmart m309g printer which is over 7 years old but still working. We saw the HP ENVY 7640 and was shown in the store how you can print from laptops and smartphones with ease. After purchasing and getting the 7640 home, setup was fairly easy as far as getting it on our WiFi network. From there it was all down hill. One laptop (the newer one with Windows 10) seemed to work OK but our older laptop with Windows 7 did not want to work with this printer. Another biggie we quickly realized is that when we printed photos (provided the printer would actually and finally select the photo paper) we noticed the photo prints were not as high of quality as our old Photosmart printer. Forget trying to print double sided pages with this printer. Everytime I tried to print double sided pages, it would jam. Same for trying to make a double sided copy. Scanning on this printer and saving to a laptop never worked. Needless to say, we had to return this printer and decided to keep our older, better printer until HP comes out with a new printer of higher quality.

its a good product we like it its very easy to use

My customer upgraded her PC / Monitor and her old printer was not going to be compatible with the new setup. She was very budget conscious and this was enough for her to get the job done. A simple printer / copier with fax capability. Very easy to setup.

This printer has been no headaches for almost a year. I purchased it for my mother and due to the touchscreen, she is able to print, scan, and copy with little to no issues. We use the email-to-print feature frequently so that I can send pictures of my daughter or forms that she needs to fill out.

Good quality machine but I returned it due to the cartridges being too expensive.

I have been very happy with the printer. Great job!

Had difficulty downloading app to 2 cell phones. Have not tried printing photos yet.
