This printer has excellent picture print quality, the wifi feature allows easy printing via computer, tablet or phone. My preference of picture comes from my phone and it is awesome to print instantly when I come home.

it takes a bit to set it up .modern world does not give you a bow by blow manual.you have to get in touch with hp to register the printer.they will give you up dates on the item.they will give you a listing for under divices.included is a app. which when opended gives all info.

Printer is clear and has all the features in one.But considering I don't use very often I was surprised it ran out of ink. I did not sign up for the $2 month ink refills or something like that. The cartridges are a little pricey.

Instant ink needs something to be able to count/track the # of pages you print. I'm limited to 50/month, but have no idea of the start or end of HP"S count. I wrote them but no reply so far, after about 3 weeks! Love the printer, but not sure of the instant ink unless they solve this problem!

the set up process took some time but it was fairly easy. The features on it are awesome. I like the fact that you can print pictures and documents from a remote location through an email. The picture quality is better than expected also. You will not be disappointed. This is for home use.

It works great printing right from my phone. I wish the printer would turn on remotely when you try to print. Seems like a necessary function that would have been thought Of before sending for manufacturing. Other than that, I'm very pleased. It's ideal for small home printing jobs.

Operation of this printer is fairly standard, has a touch screen in front for easy access to features and settings. Connection to my standard PC with WINDOWS10 OS was painless and brainless.. Printer's output speed is adequate, now if you want a hundred copies...go to Kinko's instead

The interface is strange. It seems like you have to use software that comes with it. But the software is ok to use and you can get an app which is nice for printing directly from your phone. The only down side was there were white borders that we couldn't figure out how to get rid of.

Choppy Wi-Fi Connection & bad Instant Ink Program

This is a troublesome printer. From the beginning, the Wi-Fi connectivity was horrible, dropping every time I turned it off, requiring me to go through the entire startup setup to reconnect it. Then there's the cumbersome HP Instant Ink program which I signed up for, thinking it would be a convenience but turned out to be a nuisance. Somehow, the printer would think it was running out of ink and have new cartridges shipped to me all the time. Also, sometimes it failed to recognize the registration and would ask me to do the startup set up all over again. Needless to say, I took it back to the store and got a Canon PIXMA and I couldn't be happier.

The all in one printer works great. My only wish is that you could scan things directly to another persons email without them needing a code. As it is now I scan things to my email then forward it to their email. Unless there is and I just don't know how to. This is a learning process for me.

Shopped around, looked at many printers and settled on this one as the best for the money and got on sale and priced matched so was a very good deal along with very good results, works very well. Ink expense is lower as compared to our Epson unit we had to recycle at best buy.

I used the HP auto setup service, they had a problem and had to do some service on my computer, charged me an additional $100 but got it done. They didn't fully completed setup on my second computer so another call to HP resolved it. Works fine now but the setup was a pain.

Not the fastest printer, but quite adequate. Color copies are good. Scanner functions well. A little bigger than I was expecting, takes up more desk top space, about the same and functionality as the printer that it replaces. Replacement cartidges are cost effective.

This printer was extremely easy to set up and has performed quite well in its wifi connections and quality of printing. The speed of printing, while not stellar, is quite acceptable. The screen menu is easy to use and this is a great value for its performance and ease of use.
