It's been some years since I have needed to buy a printer so I was really "wowed" by this printers features, particularly its wifi range. Mine is a Apple-only house, and it's AirPrint function is impeccable. Speed is good, print quality is good. No complaints thus far.

It's a good, all-in-one printer that does all I need to do for my personal needs. A more sophisticated machine would be required for someone who does a lot of photo processing and printing. I bought the machine at an excellent price. Only wish the ink prices were so attractive.

Bought this printer because my other HP Printer of three years puked. It seems I go through a printer every three years. If you buy one, I suggest you get the Best Buy Replacement warranty. It's cheap and well worth it. Other than that, the new printer works good but a bit slower.

I travel and this All in one Printer is light weight enough that it is easy to carry into and out of motels, businesses, etc. I at first had trouble getting it all set up as some of the instructions are not clear, but finally figured it all out and it works good now!!!

The printer works fine as a printer and copier (have not faxed or scanned yet) but it will not stay on-line between uses . I have to re-install the wi-fi every time I use the first time of the session. Probably a "me" problem that could be corrected by the geek squad .

So far so good. As advertised. Hooking up to wireless was a snap. Ink is still WAY too expensive for HP's, so can never give a 5 star rating on HP printers for that reason. Otherwise, HP printers have been very reliable. Had my last two for over 18 years between the two.

I cannot get this printer to print in color or fax. Every time I print, it tells me the paper drawer is open. Not happy yet but working on it.

Still not sure how to get all the features available

I enjoy the copying but scanner doesn't always sent to email .

Bought this printer to replace our epson printer that I was fed up with due to the printer heads constantly getting clogged. I went with this per suggestion of the Best Buy sales guy. We love it. Waiting to see how nice it will be with the refill program on ink.

Started getting carriage errors. Still trying to troubleshoot

First of all I like that Best Buy price matches and because of that I didn't have to wait to have one shipped. I read a lot of reviews, good ones and bad ones. So far I have not expierenced any problems what so ever. I have no problems recommending the HP Envy 7640.

Great printer, but most are when new. I like the paper feed and will wait until I get a few miles on it before cheering, I have another brand that also worked good new, but fade in the back ground as it aged. This is a lovely printer and does everything it claims.

Happy with the modestly price printer. Was quite surprised with the photo printing quality- it pretty good! Got the HP ink program too. Like the pricing and the ink there before you need it! Happy camper overall. Would buy again....

My last printer was a dud. I spent hours trying to set it up and keep it working. The cartridges were difficult to keep working. I was pleasantly surprised how easy my new printer was to set up. Every time I turn it on, I have no problems. What a nice change!

Nice all in one. Easy to set up. You can also use it as a copier without having to use the computer. However, I had to use a newer USB cable because my computer didn't like an older USB 2.0 cable from 2007. Once it's connected to the network, finding it with wireless was easy with my Mac.

Very happy with this printer as I can now easily print directly from my iPhone along with my laptops. Pictures are very good but still not quite professional quality. Scanning works great and printing is fast.

The printer is an excellent product. However trying to scan from the printer to the computer is a problem. This came with an app for my phone and I use that as a work around. The phone app works very well and allows you to choose .jpg or .pdf format for the scan.

A good product, but I had expected lower costs for printing.

Easy to setup and high quality copies and photo copies. Very happy with this purchase. However, I can't figure out how to set the fax up via the Internet. That was advertised as easy to do. I have received no support from Hp to resolve this issue, which is disappointing.
