This printer has it all. However nothing on it is easy. I'm always having to turn it off and back on. It decides to just too scanning or printing for no reason. Wish I would of just gone with a cheaper version.

At first, I found it difficult to understand the Set-Up Instructions and had to enlist the help of the Tech Team at the store to finally get the printer set up and working. Since the initial problems I have not had any difficulties using the printer.

The sales clerk told me when I purchased this copier/fax/printer that the cartridges that came with it were only 15% full so I bought another set. I have gone through the set that came with the machine and two additional boxes in one week. Not good. It's also bad because it tells you the printer is low on ill but you don't know if it's color cartridge or black cartridge so you have to replace both. I would not buy this machine again.

Have had some learning issues, but overall like it.

I love the H P Instaink. I replaced photosmart printer. No more cartridges to deal with. Set up was more complicated than I expected, but H P support was great. Printer works great. I purchased one for a family member after I bought mine

Good for home use, but not office use. That's why it's not expensive. This printer is good for those who want to print good photos, but not constant printing. The paper tray is small, and scanner feeder can't handle very many pages at once.

This ENVY 7640 is a good value. Like others, at first, I also had problems making my software work with this printer. But now we're good! This printer has everything my C309a had, except the 309 had 5 cartridges. So.......... we'll see.

Never worked since given to me at Christmas. Gift from husband for Christmas and no one at Best Buy told him it needed an adaptor and additional hook ups for it to work. Still does not print from desktop, but does work from laptop (which I rarely use). Geek Squad in store said it would not work with my desktop. Geek Sq online couldn't do it either. I carry Geek Sq bec I am elderly and need their help, but they are useless. Maybe I need to cancel Geek Sq. Disgusted and annoyed.

I would like to not have the fax. I will never use

I am very please with the amount of setup time expended during initial deployment. The wireless capability enhances my business aspirations to be able to function in any work location and still be able to produce stationary products with ease.

Runs out of ink to fast other than that it's awesome

This is a great printer that has all of the features you could want including an automatic document feeder and full color copying. Add in the HP Instant Ink and you never need to worry about running out of ink.

I needed a new printer after my existing HP quit properly working after five years. So far so good but have not had long enough to tell. I only gave it four stars since it was missing the printer cartridges that it was supposed to come with.

The picture printing isn't the greates or very clear

The HP ENVY 7640 Wireless E-all in one Instant Ink Ready Printer - Black. Prints fast/ little hard at first to operate for scanning/ printing on both sides. Didn't need all the features it has .

Just purchased a Samsung 58" TV. Was able to take advantage of an online only 4 hour sale and got it of $499.99. Normally would go to the store and look at TV's before buying, but this deal was just too good to pass up. And I am so pleased.

I love this printer. The best thing was the easy setup. Followed the instructions. A little trouble with setting the fax line, first time doing so, but with helpful tips, I finally managed it. I would highly recommend this printer.

Typical of HP printers. This one is nothing special

I was able to get a good deal on it. I thought one of the inks cartridges needed to be replaced earlier than expected but that is how most of the printing machines manufacturers make money. I am still satisfied with the purchase.

Because my printer in the past was for both work and personal use, I had a printer with what I thought were more bells and whistles. I was wrong. Except for paper capacity and speed, this does everything and more than my previous desktop.
