This was so easy to setup and print! Highly recommend the quality of print and adding the printer refills. Takes all the work out of replacing them and no worry about running out of ink during the middle of a project.

Bought this for the house specifically for the HP instant ink program. I haven't printed out any pictures yet, but for basic printing it does just fine. Not the same quality as an professional toner printer...but it does the job.

Lots of trouble connecting. I have to reboot every time I want to print. Getting to HP support was a joke. No help. I got this for my office because I have an older version that works fine in my house. Never again...

I bought an Acer Monitor for my home computer. It is good but has no speakers in it. I will be upgrading my computer soon so this is not a real big issue. However, I didn't think they made monitors WITHOUT speakers anymore!?

I bought this for my wife's birthday, always complaining that she does not have any pictures because they are all on her phone. It is a slower printer, does the job for the price. Not compact at all, regular sized.

I was very excited to get this printer with the photo quality it has at a moderate price. The colors are very clear and the picture quality is the best I have seen in a long time.

One of the great features of this printer is that it will print on 2 sides without having to print the odd page numbers and then turning the paper over and printing the even numbered pages. It does it automatically.

Nice color display and smaller design. Does not come with with a USB cable which is needed if you are going to use for work with a VPN connection as you can't be wireless to the VPN and to the printer at the same time.

For someone who is NOT tech savy, the lack of a manual is a great hardship.. You have no idea how difficult it is to try to figure out how this thing works when there is so little guidance. I'm very disappointed about that!. I would recommend it to people who are very techy - never to anyone who, like me, finds these things challenging. You have to be kidding if you think I'm going to try to add a photo to my review.

So far it's been good. We got the hp ink plan, no issues so far. Only complaint is with Best Buy. We traded in an old printer and bought this one in store. Two days later, it was even cheaper online. What a joke

I like the features I have tried so far. It has been a learning experience setting up but I finally have most of the bugs worked out. It is the operator not the printer. :)

Our last HP died and while I was looking we came across this printer. It does everyday printing, but I was pleasantly surprised it also prints picture good pictures

I was trying to have this product changed/exchanged for another unit since it was defective(photo tray was not being recognized by its own software)and Best buy refused to even talk to me(got hung up on about 20x by customer service on the phone). I will just throw this trash away and purchase another one using another brand. Best Buy customer service is by far the most rude and unfair service people in the whole USA.

Printer has been nothing but trouble. Had used Canon printers for years and they were so easy to set up--this printer was a complete nightmare. Had to go through HP's horrible automated system--no help there. Tried the online help and that was horrible. Finally called the store and got a telephone number (couldn't find a direct number anywhere--from the Internet to the enclosed booklets). Did at last get a real person who spent 3 hours with me to get the printer to work with my 2-year old iMac--not everything (like the scan function and double sided printing) was workin, but I said I'll call back later--which I did in about 2 weeks. Finally navigated for 25 minutes on the phone until someone could help me. This person was also polite and helpful--unfortunately he had to spend over an hour reconfiguring what the first person had done. After another 45 minutes finally got the scanner and double sided printing to work--but it's clugy at best. Once this printer breaks--which I'm sure it will in a year or two--I'm going back to a Canon, even though the ink is much more expensive. Bottom line--if you're on a Mac, be very leary of HP printers!

I am very satisfied with this printer. At first I was debating whether to get a laser versus inkjet but since I don't really print too much, my decision to get an inkjet is good. And as always HP brand is great!

Replaced a HP printer with this new one. The HP's have good quality. The only dissatisfaction we had with our previous printer was with the ink usage. We purchased the ink program with the new printer.

We love everything about this refrigerator. It took a little while to arrange the shelves for maximum efficiency for OUR use, but it all came together nicely. The color fits extremely well with our kitchen.

The copies I have made are nice. I cannot get the picture mode to work. I also haven't been able to scan documents into my computer which has been frustrating.

great printer. 2 cartridges to use and buy when needed. the paper holder that holds the printed paper comes out automatically when the printer starts. easy to push in when finished. prevent damage to holder..

Easy to use and install. My only complaint is the cost of ink to replace cartridges that are quickly consumed. Ink can cost as much as buying a new printer.
