Replaced my old HP all-in-one with this printer and it works great. It only has two cartridges instead of 5 on my old one so I don't know how long the ink will last but other than that it is great.

So far has worked great. It's not as fast at making copies as the sales person represented, but is far better than my old copier. Copies are clean and copier was very easy to link with my computer.

My old printer died so needed a new one at a great price with all the needed features. Nice having an email address you can send docs to and it prints!

When we were looking for a new laptop, we couldn't have come on a better day. The HP spokesman was in the store. He was very helpful. We always get great service from all the people at Best Buy.

This printer is compatible and powerful. Takes up half the space of its predecessor. Works great. We got it on sale which was an added bonus. Even found original HP inks at Amazon at a great price.

This printer is the best, and we have had several in the past. It works very well, produces great results quickly, is easy to use and looks good sitting on our desk. The price was excellent, too!

This printer has saved so much time with its wifi capable printing and easy printing menu it's really almost too good for the price. Awesome piece of technology. I'm glad we picked this one.

The fact that you can only scan one page per email is hugely annoying and the electronics are unreliable, problem identification and solving information is poor

Had a couple of glitches on setup. Probably my fault, but has performed great for the 3 months I've had it. Much better than the Canon Pixma I had before.

The printing seems ok. I was told it would work with a chrome book. It does, but it took quite a bit of effort to get it to work. But it prints nicely.

Meets all expectations that the printer needed to. Just make sure you choose the right paper size before printing. Sometimes your settings will reset. Would have given 5 stars if it weren't for that

I have no complaints so far. It's a great printer for my home office. Had a little trouble trying to get the printer to connect to my network even though the internet connection was good.

Great all around printer. Loved fact that fax worked with my VOIP service with no issues. Pictures also printed very crisp, as well if not better than, having a Picture printed at a store.

The printer setup (using Windows 10) was relatively easy. I use this printer primarily to print documents and as copier. It does a great job and its interface (Touchscreen) is easy to navigate.

Great that it has a wifi signal to print from cell phones or laptops. You can also set up an account to send photos to print for a later date. I would recommend this printer to friends and family.

I have been very pleased with this purchase. It was easy to set up. I've had one small issue when the scanner couldn't find the Apple Macbook. It finally connected. Overall, I am very pleased.

Great printer but very hard to turn off and on. Can't seem to get the wright pressure to engage the on off button. Sometimes a light touch will do it while other times you really have to push it.

This printer is great! We have had it a little over a month. It has the features we need. It's nice that HP sends you the ink cartridges before you run out of ink and it's very reliable.

I really wanted to love this printer as much as I did the version just before this one but I am still struggling with it. Here is hoping that it comes into its own and I learn to love it also.
