I have only used hp printers and this is a great model. I downsized from the office jet series because the ink is cheaper for this one. It still does photo printing and double side!

Basic, excellent printer for the price. Instruction paperwork and particularly the installation directions were sketchy and wanting. Phone tech service was very helpful though.

It's a great deal. The colors are bright and sharp. Buying ink is a big cost for printers, but not with this printer. The online ink purchase program makes this a Best Buy!

This is an excellent printer. I know I can always count on Hewlett Packard printers cuz they have a horozontal paper holder and it very rarely picks up more than 1 paper at a time.

The printer was NOT hard to setup and is just what I was looking for. Prints are perfect and the best part is that I can print from the computer, cell phone, and I-pad!

This is a great general home printer for those who just need to do the basics but also has nice features like the wireless connection.

This is a great printer. It does everything. The cool thing too is we can print from our iPhones. We love it. It was a great buy.

had the printer about a month, every time I copy or print something it gives a "paper tray open message" error. It has just finished printing/coping and no one has touched the printer and it gives that message. Very frustrating as I have had it more than the 15 days you are allowed to return it to Best Buy. Not that it matters since it seems like a pile of junk but I still haven't figured out how to copy 2 sided, biggest reason we bought it.

My daughter took it to her University and it stopped printing. She had to use the library Printer which cost Money.Now I have to drive 4 hours to pick it up and bring it back to Best Buy.

I've owned several printers in the last 10 years. This is the first one that I cannot complain about. I like everything about it.

When I can print from anything I have, this is the best printer I've ever had. And when can buy ink unlike Lexmark at most stores that sell ink. And wireless network is out of this world.

Was looking for printer for my business. And got the perfect one. It's all in one printer which is great to have. For business, school, or personal this is a great one.

I have a small home office and print everyday. Decals, return address labels, card stock, glossy pictures. Always use genuine ink , have a geek squad extended warranty. To no avail,this is the second HP 7640 to fail. Constant "no longer connected wireless" warning, fails to detect network. Then the long black streaks started to appear on my label designs. INK IS A SMALL FORTUNE !! I have to return another one after 7 1/2 months. In other words it's not designed for a lot of printing. Wonderful for lighter users

Purchased this for my brother, who had limited experience with wireless printers. Within an hour he was printing from his smart phone and laptop with no assistance.

I haven't had any issues with this printer except for the fact that it constantly goes into an offline mode in which I have to unplug it from the wall and plug it back in.

Love this new printer....it also copies and has fax function which is so easy to use. Haven't printed any pics yet, but I bet they will come out great too. Highly recommend...

This printer is fantastic. Outside of two sided print, the fact that there is a separate 4x6 tray which can stay loaded while 8x11 tray is full...is an amazing feature.

I found this printer and compared with many others. This one had the best features and good price of ink refills. It's well worth the investment for school/home office use.

I was encouraged by the salesman to buy this product. I have lost faith in HP as the last 2 printers I bought from them did not hold up. I use for personal use, which is NOT heavy use. I wish I had not taken the advice of the Best Buy Salesman and gone with my original choice. This machine for faxing (which is what I wanted it most for) is not easy to use, difficult to get the sheets to feed, too many steps on dialing even with stored numbers. If I could I would return it for my money back! I would never recommend this product to anyone!

All functions work very well. Fax keep saying it wasn't connected but it actually was when I sent a trial fax. Set up instructionS could be clearer and a little more detailed.
