I needed an upgrade form my old printer. This one seemed to fit the bill, and I love the you can have the ink automatically replenished before you need it

Print quality is exceptional. I printed pictures from my phone and people thought they were done by a photographer.

I wanted an hp because I had so much trouble with my last epson printer and I thought I carefully read all the reviews, but I was very disappointed to find out that this printer doesn't have complete duplex scanning. You can take the papers out and re-insert them and the software puts them in the right order, but I have lots of double sided papers that I want to scan and that is really a pain. It also takes a really long time to scan at 600 dpi, much longer than my prior printers. sigh.

So far so Good, only have had it for about a month. I old one had more functions which they don't have any more. But this one had more than the rest that were out there.

It's a good functional wireless printer. It's not the fastest printer but good for in-home office with moderate use. It always needs to have the paper tray reset, after most jobs. It flashes a message that tray is open, then you have to ACTUALLY open and close it, and then it works again. Kind of annoying if you want to put multiple jobs in the queue.

I had to replace my HP 7550 that was hit by lightning and this was the one that was compatible. I haven't used all the features yet but it seems to be working just fine.

I did have to go online to figure out how to do a reset because it wouldn't turn on one day. We figured it it through the HP site and it's been working fine since then.

My wife uses the printer in her home office. She is very particular and she has no problem using this printer. Works very well with her Dell Computer. Thanks, HP

Although this printer was a tad difficult to install, it works very well and I'm looking forward to sending it an email to print, as it has it's own email address!

This printer works great. It's reliable and prints more pages in less time. This printer has an email address so you can print to your printer when not at home.

I actually came in looking at a different HP printer When I told the salesman what I wanted it for and the space I had, he showed me this unit It's perfect

I've been pleased so far with this printer. I have so far only printed and copied. I have enrolled in the ink program but haven't used up my starter cartridges yet.

This printer functions well for home use. The only problem we have is with it saying that the printer is not connected and then we have to unplug our wi-fi to reset it.

My sales clerk, Michael was so helpful, patient and professional. He asked me a number of questions then made the recommendation of what would best suit my needs.

For less than a hundred dollars this is an awesome all in one printer. Most important, the ink is half the price I used to pay with my former printer.

Scanning and printing works great , nice having wireless setup while using iPad through out the house. Great resolution printing too and good value

My printer just stopped so I needed another and this one was on sale. It works great. I especially like the two sided printing option. It saves paper.

Printer functions very well. No paper jams with letter size paper and photo paper in the paper tray the same tome. The document feeder is a nice feature.

I have issues getting the printer to stay programmed on all 5 computers in house. I have to add a printer every time I want to print a page. Frustrating.

The GPS was bought on the spot without thinking we would be purchasing one at that time. Have not had time to try it out yet so unable to give it a real review.
