I only buy HP Products now. I've tried Dell, Gateway and some others but HP is the only product I have had excellent service with.

I am throughly enjoying this printer. When something "goes wrong", it's always due to operator error - not product flaw- and easily remedied.

Took out the printer out of the box, plugged it in, put in the cartridges and set it up via bluetooth to my Mac. Works like a charm.

This printer was simple to setup. I was in a hurry and this was an easy process. Likes right to my family's phones and prints quickly.

Love the ability to print photos directly from my phone. The scanner area could be just a little bit bigger but other than that no complaints!

I really like the printer. Only issue is that it requires a fixed phone line to use fax. My old one used wireless through the internet.

This was a replacement for the one I purchased about 6 months ago and failed (print heads?). I like it so far although I have not printed any photos yet.

Works very well. The paper tray could be larger if you do a lot of printing. Fax was very easy to set up.

Have had this item over two years now. No issues. Very convenient with the WiFi capabilities. Definitely would recommend it!!

purchased to be both a school printer for papers and a photoprinter for scrapbooking. it performs great for both and doesnt use much ink

I previously had a HP Photo Smart printer which I liked so when I needed a new printer I decided to look for another HP printer.

Seems a little complicated at first to hook up wireless, but doing better now in knowing how to operate it. Have not used all the features yet!

I bought this HP to replace an older HP printer. Need to replace the older printer due to the software did not keep up with today's technology. The new HP did not have what I expected. Printing is slower than the older printer. Also the new HP had problems faxing. After two or three pages the printer would stop faxing. I have thought about returning this printer, but I need a printer at the moment. Will replace it shortly.

This printer suits our needs very well. No problems so far. It's great to be able to print from different locations and devices.

Works well but this is a bit tricky to install on multiple computers. I am having trouble completely installing it on one of my laptops.

Automatic two sided printing, multiple pages printed at once, scanner, everything I had hoped for this printer does it and quickly.

I use this equipment all the time for copying information and printing pictures-prints very nice pictures etc

I had a hard time replacing the discontinued photo smart. This is as close as I got. Overall good multipurpose home printer/scanner

Very easy to use printer system. Like the All-In-One features and small compact size. Fits almost anywhere. Good pricing as well.
