Just what my family needed

Printer flop

Although I read online reviews and thought this would be a great printer to replace my other HP, I now wish I would've just repaired my old one. This printer will NOT print, just scans and makes copies. It keeps saying that there is a "printer failure" and although we've uninstalled and reinstalled, it will not print anything. Add to it that it only works on one cartridge, even though I have two cartridges in, so anything I copy comes out a light blue. Worse piece of equipment I've ever bought and now I have to buy a new one to replace this one, because I'm told I cannot take it back, must ship to the manufacturer. Very disappointed.
