Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the ENVY 7640's print quality, ease of use, and wireless functionality, with many praising its compact size and quiet operation. The printer's fax capabilities and ease of setup also receive favorable feedback. However, some customers express concerns about the paper tray's design and sturdiness. More time is needed to assess the printer's long-term reliability.

Would not recommend this printer. Although I read online reviews and thought this would be a great printer to replace my other HP, I now wish I would've just repaired my old one. This printer will NOT print, just scans and makes copies. It keeps saying that there is a "printer failure" and although we've uninstalled and reinstalled, it will not print anything. Add to it that it only works on one cartridge, even though I have two cartridges in, so anything I copy comes out a light blue. Worse piece of equipment I've ever bought and now I have to buy a new one to replace this one, because I'm told I cannot take it back, must ship to the manufacturer. Very disappointed.
