A bit disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There are a lot of positives with this printer IF you set it up and never have to re-install it. However, that is a luxury we weren't afforded for one of our computers. After repairing one of our computer's hard drive, setting up the printer software was a nightmare. We followed all of the possible fix options and it still wouldn't work. We ran the Scan Doctor software multiple times and it wouldn't fix the problem. Finally, about a week after giving up, the HP Support Assistant popped up a message with an update that resolved the problem. However, about a month later the computer died completely and had to be replaced and I had the exact same issue trying to install the printer software on the new computer. It has just been more of a hassle than a help.
