Seems all is good, except the feeding of Photo Paper which prevents the prating of pictures. And, the Copy function is not working at all.......

I was very happy with my first HP printer, but not with this one. HP programming has not caught up with Apple OS Sierra. The HP Envy 7640 does not scan to the computer or to email.

I bought it based on my needs and the sales guys recommendation, even though he was completely uninterested in helping us and was more so judging us. The printer was continuously getting jammed and wouldn't print because it said it wanted a different type of paper. I exchanged it in less than a month and my new one isn't much better. It only turns on occasionally and won't properly print the colored ink and makes it fuzzy and won't dry however the black is ok. It's frustrating and the employees haven't been much help.

so far it does the basic jobs well. I am disappointed in the 2 sided copy. it doesn't copy 2 side to 2 side and the scanner does not have the ability to scan multiple pages at a time.

I read the reviews which claimed this printer did a great job on photos. I was very disappointed with the quality of photo prints. My decade old printer does a much better job.

I will be returning this as the print is poor or non existent. I have done head cleaning, nozzle check and cartridge alignment and the print either comes out blank or wavy lines and skips.

Good printer but mine has a high pitch squeal to it when it is plugged in. have to keep unplugging it when not in use so the squeal does not drive me crazy.

Printer works good. Like the auto shutdown, but wish it would auto wake when you print a document. Still cannot get the remote print function to work from my smartphone.

It is bigger than I wanted but seemed like best one for the price and features. So far I've had to reconnect it before it recognized it. I have not tried all the features yet.

Works perfect but the only problem it has if gives a message of offline and you cannot print. Even though everything is connected correctly .

The print quality is excellent in my opinion, phots look good, documents look good, prints at a moderate speed. The problem I've had is with the wireless printing, even with the HP companion app installed, it seems to only like to work for one computer, if any, then quit working altogether. I imagine connecting via Ethernet would fix this but I didn't buy a wireless printer to have to work around wireless problems.

After 2 years, this printer moves very slow and sounds like it is falling apart. I guess its time for a new printer

Installed software. After 3 weeks, stopped working. My old HP C410a is still showing in ports. Have to call support for help.

This printer was only a week old when paper got caught and the feeder top stuck, when I attempted to lift the top a piece broke off.

I love this all in one printer only downfall was when ink was mailed to me it was defective, however hp was very helpful and mailed me a new ink cartridge within a week.

The printer works well but when you attempt to use the best ink cartridges for the black ink the machine doesn't read the cartridge. The machine doesn't function.

Very hard to get to get the scanner running. Needed to call hp tech support for 2 of my computer. They fixed the problem but not clear what the problem was.

It’s an ok printer. I don’t like how u have to be connected to the same internet for it to work. And it gives me issues sometimes. But it does work.

Had to take first one back, would not print in color. Not that easy to set up. Now, it is EATING paper. Ready to take back again. Glad I got an extended in store warranty.

This printer works fine to print from computer or ipad, sometimes loses ability to airprint unless restarted
