Whenever I scan, I must first unplug the printer. It sometimes rattles when copying.

Second one. It seems to go out after 1 year. I like all it can do, but from HP, it should last a lot longer.

This is a great printer once you get it going. Getting it set up was definitely a chore. Also, the phone connectivity leaves a lot to be desired.

I am a HP fan. This printer prints slow and holds a small amount of paper. I print large quantities therefore this did not work for me.

This printer is okay for a home office with modest use. If you have multiple users on your home network this may not be your best choice.

A few problems with it staying online. Also updates to the driver fail but HP does not indicate why. Lots of confusion on some operations.

I'm satisfied with the overall performance of this laptop, but cannot get it to sync wirelessly with my HP Envy printer or an external mouse.

So far, we are having trouble getting it to print what we want printed, the way we want it printed- have had a lot if paper waste trying.

If you are looking for a basic copier, this is fine. However, if you have a need for a unit that will meet your every need, keep looking. Without internet connection, it is nearly impossible to set up. Also, documents will not print from the flash drive as a file or folder. Not happy with mine.

I liked the printer but it is not wireless friendly. It works when it wants to and sometimes shuts down for no reason. It also doesn't scan all the time and it doesn't give you the option to print on paper when the document is saved as a photo. All in all I have had major problems with this printer and the worst part is it does not come with a USB cable. You need to call HP and order it and pay for it and shipping. Not liking this printer.

Wireless setup for this product was not working and very confusing. Tried several times. Ultimately had to do a wired setup. After that the wireless printing would work but I had a paper jam on about the fifth printed page. In fairness the paper quality was poor so perhaps that had something to do with it. Overall I say the initial setup was horrible and for that reason alone I would consider other brand of wireless printers.

I had a hard time with the features. Hp charges for tech support so I gave up and took it back. Good luck, maybe I'm just too "no techy"!

This printer would not connect to any of my devices. I ended up returning it for the HP 8620 and have been very pleased with THAT purchase.

Over a period of a few months this printer started to exhibit issues with printer photos.

average product I concern about the ink. If we use 1 cartridge for 3 color. What happens if one color is un out before other?

When I switch from my HP Office Jet Pro to the envy I realize how difficult the Envy is to navigate compared to the Office Jet.

I purchase my printer 1 or 2 months ago and withing a week I had to go and exchange it cause it wouldn't print right,l. Now there is a problem with the second printer they give me (doesn't print pictures). Once again I have to go and exchange it

We have printed less than 100 pages and have already replaced the in cartridges twice.

Great printer for college students, would not recommend it for someone that works from home and does a lot a printing.
