I'm not happy.

When I try to print photos from iPhone it says I have no paper. Won't print photos from computer at all. Document printing is slower than I'm used to and printer head needs cleaning. No HP help available beyond FAQ on line.

Some trouble with printer

However, it randomly doesn't print the top 1/4 of a page. After talking with HP customer service online I was told it was likely a software issue. They want to access my Mac. I was uncomfortable with that since I use my Mac for business and personal use, so the issue has yet to be resolved.

HP Envy 7640 needs help.

I've had 2 and neither of them will copy after air print!! I was on the phone and Chat with them for several hours, Used 1/2 of ink cartridges and many, many pages of paper.

Per geek squad they and no one in our area can fix. Now in the trash. Did not get offered the warranty at the time so did not have the extended warranty.

Nice for everything but photos

It was over 8 years old when it started to wear down. I replace it with the Envy and the quality for the photos just don't compare at all. Grainy and overly saturated. I hope it's not too late for me to exchange it for something else.
