Other support not helpful and problem not even reconized by any support from HP. E-mail to HP replies with this product no longer supported. Thanks for all the help for an otherwise reliable printer.

Good features, poor quality

Even the third printer is giving page feeder problems.

It even stopped turning on after 2 days. Best buy's 15-day return policy is also a joke. Should have bought a printer at Costco like I have in the past.
